- More than 25 years of professional experience in Information Technology, working in the areas of software development / architecture, data architecture and cloud infrastructure, acting in the markets of Telecommunications, Entertainment, Media and Public Sector
- Solid knowledge and experience in the Telecommunications market, its processes and application ecosystems Business Support Systems - BSS (CRM, Billing, Fulfillment, Ordering) and Operations Support Systems - OSS (provisioning, network activation, inventory)
- Consolidated experience in working with diverse business and technology stakeholders, with sensitivity and commitment to solving business problems through technology solutions
- Experience in IT management and performance optimization (Process Framework Design, Governance Model Development, Organizational Change, Service Improvements and Sourcing Opportunities)
- Extensive understanding and participation in large-scale computational solutions of business- critical software
- Knowledge of, and expertise in, a broad technology portfolio such as programming languages (JAVA, C#, NodeJS, JavaScript), database technologies (Oracle, Microsoft, MongoDB), and cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure and Oracle OCI)
- Responsible for the complete software engineering project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, problem resolution and goal achievement) within the agreed quality, time, budget and other KPI/SLAs,
- Solid experience in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (SDLC), analysis, design, hiring and allocation of internal and external teams
- Experience in outsourcing software development to strategic business and technology partners
- Experience in developing Strategic Planning, IT technology roadmap, and conducting RFI processes and RFPs
- Acting and living with executives and C-levels, as a support point in decisions, investments and strategies related to information technology
- Great experience and motivation to lead multidisciplinary teams, focused on software resolution and evolution, involving departments, suppliers and customers. Dedication to team building and development, exercising transformational leadership
- Definition of technical and architectural solutions that will be adopted by reconciling the requirements of the business areas and the best practices of the tools to be used
